Responsibilities:

MTSI is seeking a Program Manager to direct the day-to-day operations for the IT and Cybersecurity teams that serve the AFLCMC customer. This position will require the applicant to be on-site to carry out their duties.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

• Identify requirements, determine and pull together resources, and implement these programs.
• Manage task trackers and requirements for customers and leadership.
• Participate in and take notes in meetings with customers.
• Prepare and run presentations for division meetings, customer meetings, and other meetings. Get presentation materials from division leadership and integrate these into a cohesive briefing. Take notes during these meetings. Follow up on action items coming from these meetings.
• Create and maintain shared online files for important documentation.
• Manage day-to-day functions for IT and Cybersecurity teams through coordination of government customer.

Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Top-Secret Clearance.
• 4+ years of experience is desired.

• Bachelor's Degree

• Demonstrated experience in administrative and personnel processes.
• Administrative experience on DoD projects is highly desired.
• Personnel experience on DoD projects is highly desired.
• Analytical and communication abilities (both written and verbal).
