Responsibilities:

MTSI is seeking a Network PM Support who's primary function is to serve as program advisory lead for extremely time critical technical projects, test projects, or tasks requiring appropriate level technical expertise.

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

  • Assists acquisition planning, market research, and drafting technical requirements and documents.
  • Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to verify program needs are identified to meet project goals.
  • Helps the Government assess the technical sufficiency, cost, quality, and timely delivery of program deliverables.
  • Confers with program managers to provide technical advice and to assist with problem resolution as needed.
  • Supports management and execution of programs consisting of multiple projects. Ensures overall program is properly coordinated and efficiently accomplished with the best available resources.
  • Reports status on all support efforts including updates in status and performance, major activities, challenges and opportunities, deliverables, and subcontractor performance.
  • Drafts, reviews, and edits final program reports, documents, and briefings.
  • Supports acquisition planning and development of documents required for systems acquisition.
  • Coordinates across the Department of Defense (DoD), as necessary. Coordination will include producing, tracking, and coordinating all agreements and documentation necessary for Program systems to transition seamlessly into a framework for organizing, training, and equipping the United States Air Force and United States Space Force.
  • Supports and advises acquisition and program management functions, advises Government management on design challenges, risk assessments, market solutions, documentation, production challenges, operational delivery, and integration, and supports system program reviews.
  • Plans and executes digital engineering model development to support architecture development and initiatives in support of program milestones.

Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years of relevant DoD/IC or relevant industry work experience with no less than two (2) years' experience in a SAP and/or SCI environment, with at least one (1) year of that total being within the past 5 years.
  • Experience working on high visibility performance, cost, and schedule aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.
  • Ability to understand complex cost, schedule, and performance data, and make simple, actionable recommendations or easily differentiated courses of action.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline 
  • Master's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience Desired

Clearance Requirements:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility
  • Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
